about

The idea of “In Her Breeze’ is that we hold a host of energies that fall into the masculine and feminine realm. When we have a tendency to over work our masculine our feminine can feel repressed and we may feel totally out of balance. Very often the thing we may most not want to do, and likely have been taught is a bad thing to do, is to stop all of our work and take time out for ourselves. It is so simple, we need to feel our feelings to move past them, let go of judgement and recharge our batteries. Having a safe place to rest within yourself as well as in your relationships is a beautiful blessing to embrace.

lyrics

Music & Lyrics By John Zay

Head to the light
pull yourself out of the pain
Take on the night
there will always be another day
Wait for the signs
you’ve never really lost your way
see through the times
let yourself run and play

It’s not so easy
but it doesn't have to be so hard
It’s not so easy
to be strong all the time

I listen to the voice that hears
the place that knows I can face these fears
I let myself feel my deepest needs
and rest a while in her breeze

Look for the love
the teacher has many forms
know you have enough
to weather out the storms

I listen to the voice that hears
the place that knows I can face these fears
I let myself feel my deepest needs
and rest a while in her breeze

It’s not so easy
but it doesn't have to be so hard
It’s not so easy
to be strong all the time

Inch towards the sun
plant your roots deep in the ground
be with the one
who's given us the gift of sound

I listen to the voice that hears
the place that knows I can face these fears
I let myself feel my deepest needs
and rest a while in her breeze
